NAME IT is BESTSELLER’s fastest growing brand, and retail is no exception. We currently have 150 stores across Europe, and we operate with both our own stores and Partner stores. We expect to open 1 store a week the next couple of years.

The growth challenge us on our internal communication, and we are now looking for an intern, who will get the opportunity to maintain and develop our very own Staff App to address this issue.

The team at NAME IT
You will join the retail team who is dedicated to continuously developing NAME IT’s presence in the retail universe. We are a small, but agile team where everyone gets a vote in most matters. We value communication, openness, and hard work, so if you are not afraid of a challenge and can bring an extra layer to our team, you will fit right in with us. 

How you will contribute to our team
You will be responsible for operating our app developed for our store staff. It is key that content in the app is updated, relevant and interesting. Tasks related to this could be:

• Gather and publish relevant content from various stakeholders (Marketing, Management, Design etc)
• Identify and spread best practice
• In close cooperation with our front staff, develop improving features
• Be the point of contact in all matters regarding the app

A retail enthusiast with an eye for sales
You are an ambitious candidate eager to get some real-life experience. As a person, you are result oriented, persistent and have great communication skills. First and foremost, we value a high level of energy, a high motivation to make a difference and a great sense of humor. Secondary we would like you to: 

• Be enrolled in the Commercial & Retail Management Masters programme on Aarhus University
• Be competitive of nature, want to win, but also aware of that we are playing on the same team 
• Have great communication skills and be fluent in English, written and spoken
