We are seeking a proactive coordinator to ensure the integrity and compliance of our internal audit processes. As the Internal Audit Specialist at Orifarm, you will drive efficiency and collaboration across departments.

About the job
As our internal audit lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring integrity, compliance, and efficiency of internal audit processes.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain global audit processes, including SOPs and templates, both within and outside the Veeva Quality Management System.
• Lead the ownership, implementation, and maintenance of the Veeva Audit module.
• Plan and execute training on internal audit processes and Veeva audit module globally.
• Coordinate internal audits globally, monitoring execution and maintenance of audit programs.
• Conduct thorough internal audits to assess controls, processes, and procedures, identifying areas of risk and recommending solutions.

Who are you?
We imagine that you have a minimum of 5 years documented experience in internal audit within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a professional audit certification.

Additionally, we imagine that you:

• Have experience managing a global internal audit setup
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a strong knowledge of audit methodologies and risk assessment
• Are self-driven, highly structured, and adaptable to a changing environment
