Transfer Pricing is the world’s hottest tax area

You may have heard about “Transfer Pricing” and understand some of the main concepts but did you know we use economics, accounting, finance, law, organisational design, performance management, process mapping, programming, data analytics, communication, change management, project management and other skills in our work? On top of this, working in the transfer pricing space at PwC gives you the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most interesting clients in Denmark, work on the largest intercompany transactions and the opportunity to build relationships ranging from colleagues to C25 Seniors. That’s pretty cool!

When you join our Transfer Pricing team, you will be part of a highly international team with more than 50 colleagues from different countries and backgrounds. Some of your future colleagues are thus legal gurus, number crunchers, tech savvy or excelling in organisational or behavioural design. This is your opportunity to explore transfer pricing! As part of the summer internship, you will:

• Work closely with all our colleagues across grades - from juniors to partners - and get the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects

• Participate in focused classroom training on a host of topics, including transfer pricing principles and documentation, pricing of goods and services, benchmarking, valuation, tax audit defence and others

• Develop your professional and interpersonal skills needed to thrive as a tax consultant

• Learn and understand what we really do in Transfer Pricing and global businesses work

• Connect with a coach who will provide guidance throughout the summer internship

• Build a network of peers and PwC professionals

• Get the opportunity to secure a part-time position as an Assistant Associate if you perform well

We are looking for curious and motivated students interested in tax - and ideally also transfer pricing - who are currently studying for a relevant master’s degree or 3rd year bachelor or equivalent within economics, finance or law (e.g. HA (jur.)/ cand.merc.jur, Bachelor of taxation (professionsbachelor i skat), HA (Almen), cand.merc.aud., cand.merc.fir., cand.oecon. or similar degrees). Alongside, you should demonstrate your good communication skills in spoken and written English.

Our summer internship is full-time and from 10 to 12 weeks in duration, depending on our mutual agreement. Furthermore, the internship is paid.
