Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

LINAK is seeking a part-time entry-level Accounts Receivable professional to join our team and work remotely. The ideal candidate will be independent, dedicated, and possess strong research and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor incoming payments - Perform account reconciliations - Generate financial reports - Review and investigate discrepancies - Communicate with clients regarding overdue accounts - Assist with month-end closing processes - Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
