Accountant - Work from home

Job Description:

SKAKO Concrete is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an Entry Level Accountant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial operations of a leading concrete manufacturing company.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable - Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial reporting - Support the senior accounting team with day-to-day tasks and special projects - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies - Use accounting software and systems to track and analyze financial data - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 1 year of experience in accounting or finance - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as QuickBooks) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and resilient mindset to navigate changing business needs - Soft skills in persuasion and strategic planning to contribute to team success
