Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Vestas Wind Systems is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Associate in our office located in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As a part-time member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes and ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices for payment and reconcile accounts - Review and verify invoices and payment requests - Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues - Maintain vendor files and communicate with vendors regarding payment status - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to accounts payable - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field - At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Creativity and strong decision-making skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
