Job Description:

Hempel Group is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a high level of energy and confidence. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and issue payments to vendors - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues - Assist with other accounting duties and special projects as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong project management skills - High emotional intelligence - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
