Accounts Payable

Job Description:

SKAKO Concrete is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a high level of independence and energy.

Responsibilities: - Process and verify invoices for payment - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Prepare and distribute payments to vendors - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Assist in month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate accounting records - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Excel and other accounting software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Emotional intelligence and ability to work well under pressure
