Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Solar in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals who are looking to gain entry-level experience in the accounting field. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the accounts payable team in processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports - Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Assist in month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment inquiries

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and teamwork skills - Resilient attitude towards challenges
