Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

FOSS Analytical is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Associate working from home in København, DK. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process and reconcile invoices from vendors and suppliers - Handle payment disbursement through various payment platforms - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Reconcile accounts payable with monthly statements - Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries - Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities - Analyze and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Requirements: - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills - Driven and resilient personality traits - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Demonstrated teamwork and persuasion skills
