Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Genmab is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance and adaptable to changing work environments.

Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner. 2. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments. 3. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies. 4. Communicate with clients via phone and email to address billing inquiries. 5. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records. 6. Assist with month-end closing processes as needed. 7. Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve cash flow management. 8. Implement innovative solutions to streamline accounts receivable processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2. 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to financial challenges. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
