Job Description:

We are looking for an entry-level Accounts Receivable clerk to join our team at DONG Energy in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable processes for the company. We are seeking a resilient and hardworking individual who possesses great presentation and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Process and post invoices accurately and timely - Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payments - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions - Communicate with customers regarding payment status and collection efforts - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounts receivable

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - No prior experience required
