Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Universal Robots is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a part-time basis in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As an Associate level position, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and reconcile accounts receivable transactions - Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments and payment discrepancies - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies - Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist in month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate records of transactions
