Job Description:

DSV Panalpina is seeking a passionate and driven Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark on a part-time basis. As an Accounts Receivable Associate at DSV Panalpina, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices accurately and timely - Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances - Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accuracy - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, or other irregularities - Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable status - Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable - Provide support for audits and internal financial reporting

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel - Time management and planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with ERP systems is a plus
