Job Description:

Joe & The Juice is seeking a energetic and independent individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable specialist, working remotely from home. This part-time entry-level position will be based in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. 2. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. 3. Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. 5. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 6. Emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. 7. Innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
