Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

IC Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As an Associate Level Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable activities for our company, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, collections, and reconciliation of accounts.

Responsibilities: 1. Process and monitor incoming payments and ensure timely posting to customer accounts. 2. Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts. 3. Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions. 4. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts. 5. Generate reports and analyze account data to identify potential issues or trends. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or disputes. 7. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all accounts receivable activities. 8. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance role. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 7. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 8. Critical thinking and decision-making soft skills.
