Online Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Accountant to join our team at Bavarian Nordic in København, Denmark. As an Online Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data for our online operations. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. 2. Conduct financial analysis and reporting for our online operations. 3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 4. Assist in budget planning and monitoring for online projects. 5. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information. 6. Utilize accounting software and online tools to streamline financial processes. 7. Identify and resolve financial discrepancies. 8. Provide financial insights to support decision-making for online operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2. Proven experience as an Accountant, with a focus on online operations. 3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. 4. Proficiency in accounting software and online tools. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong problem-solving and planning skills. 8. Attention to detail and accuracy. 9. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 10. Experience with international financial transactions is a plus.
