Job Description:

Genmab is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable. This part-time position, located in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK, offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in finance.

Responsibilities: 1. Process online payments to vendors and suppliers accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Maintain records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation for auditing purposes. 3. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies. 4. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processing. 5. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. 6. Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects as needed. 7. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounts payable processes.

Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 5. Excellent communication skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
