Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate at A.P. Moller - Maersk in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. In this part-time role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing online accounts payable processes for our company.

Responsibilities: - Process online invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner - Monitor and reconcile accounts payable transactions - Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies - Generate financial reports related to accounts payable - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy of financial data - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounts payable processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong research and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
