Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description: Demant is seeking a part-time Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in København, Capital, Denmark. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of independence and motivation. Additionally, the candidate should have strong soft skills in decision-making and analysis.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes and transactions - Monitor and reconcile customer accounts - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Process payments and refunds - Generate and send out invoices - Work with customers to ensure timely payment - Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
