Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Lundbeck is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in København, Capital, DK. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support.


RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents - Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to support decision-making processes - Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders - Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses for team members - Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication, including managing emails and phone calls - Assist in project coordination and tracking of deliverables - Maintain accurate records and files for easy access and retrieval - Support special projects and initiatives as needed


REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong persuasion and research skills as soft skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines - High attention to detail and accuracy
