Phase One is seeking an adaptable and resourceful Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere in København, Capital, DK.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. - Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring tasks are completed on time. - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed. - Handle incoming inquiries and requests, providing timely and professional responses. - Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. - Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role. - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
