Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Novo is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based out of Arhus, Midtjylland, DK, with a seniority level of Associate and a preference for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth functioning of our organization. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring all processes are running efficiently - Collaborating with team members to develop and implement strategic plans for the company - Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Assisting in project management and maintaining project timelines - Managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services - Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, creating reports, and organizing files - Contributing to overall team success by taking on additional tasks and projects as needed
