Job Description:
Terma is seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This part-time position is ideal for an entry-level candidate with no prior experience. We are looking for an energetic and confident individual with strong project management and persuasion skills. As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, handling project coordination, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling emails, and preparing documents - Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met - Communicate effectively with team members and external partners - Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes - Provide general administrative support as needed - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Strong project management and persuasion skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
