Job Description:
Orsted is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in administration or a related field. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, resilient, adaptable, and possess strong strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents - Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all are stocked and in working order - Help with event planning and coordination - Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in administrative roles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
