Job Description:
Ambu is currently seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a reliable and adaptable individual who has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning and project management skills to effectively support the day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities: - Manage office supplies and orders, ensuring adequate inventory at all times - Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed - Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings and events - Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees - Maintain office records and files, both physical and digital - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in an office management or administrative role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
