As an Office Manager at KMD in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resourceful and hardworking individual with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities: - Managing office supplies and equipment - Coordinating meetings and appointments - Handling incoming and outgoing communications - Organizing and maintaining files and records - Assisting with budget management - Supervising administrative staff - Providing general support to staff and visitors - Ensuring office policies and procedures are followed - Assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding and offboarding employees
