Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Office Manager to join our team at Secunia, a leading cybersecurity company based in København, Denmark. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our remote employees and ensuring the smooth running of our virtual office.
Responsibilities: - Managing day-to-day operations of the remote office, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies - Assisting remote employees with technical support and troubleshooting any issues with virtual communication tools - Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the remote team - Organizing virtual team building activities and events to foster a sense of community among remote employees - Collaborating with Human Resources on remote employee onboarding and training initiatives - Assisting with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and coordinating deliverables for remote teams
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role - Energetic personality with the ability to work independently in a remote setting - Strong creativity and negotiation skills to find innovative solutions to challenges faced by remote teams - Excellent organization and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in virtual communication tools and technology, such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Prior experience working in a remote or virtual office environment is a plus
