Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As an Office Manager at Maersk Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office while working remotely from your home office. Your main responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.


Responsibilities: - Manage administrative tasks such as handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies - Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication - Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other office activities - Handle correspondence and documentation, both physical and digital, in a timely and accurate manner - Provide support to the leadership team as needed - Maintain confidentiality and data security in all aspects of work - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in an administrative role - Independent and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and prioritize tasks independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Persuasion skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
