Job Description:


Beierholm, a leading accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a part-time Office Manager to work from home in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This entry-level position requires zero years of experience and is perfect for individuals who are independent, motivated, and have excellent project management and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. 2. Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities. 3. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and preparing reports. 4. Assist with HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee training. 5. Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing any concerns or issues that arise. 6. Support the team with project management tasks, including tracking progress and deadlines. 7. Analyze data and provide insights to help improve office processes and productivity.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Previous experience in office administration is a plus but not required.
