Job Description:
Matas, a leading retail company based in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK, is seeking a motivated and passionate Online Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage online administrative tasks, including data entry, file organization, and database management. - Assist with online customer service inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. - Conduct research on industry trends and innovations to assist with strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online operations. - Support the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns. - Monitor and analyze online traffic and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements: - Proven experience in online administrative roles. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online marketing tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
