Job Description:
Netcompany is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Office Manager in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in office management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain online office tools and platforms - Coordinate virtual meetings and conferences - Assist with virtual onboarding of new employees - Handle online correspondence and communications - Maintain online filing systems and databases - Monitor and report on online office metrics and KPIs - Collaborate with team members on strategic planning and initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Prior experience in office management or related role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in using online office tools and technology - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic planning skills
