Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

NKT Holdings is seeking a motivated and confident Online Operations Associate to join our team in København, Denmark. As an Associate Level role, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the online operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all online processes.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain online platforms and systems to ensure optimal functionality. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement online strategies and initiatives. 3. Analyze online data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online operations. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns. 6. Provide support to customers and resolve any online-related issues in a timely manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in online operations or a related field. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. 4. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
