Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

As an Online Operations Manager at DSV Panalpina, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring its smooth functioning and optimizing performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the online platform - Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement - Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement technical solutions and upgrades - Oversee customer support functions and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues - Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase user engagement and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in online operations management or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Resourceful and able to think creatively to find solutions to complex problems - Hardworking and dedicated to delivering high-quality results
