Online Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

Universal Robots, a leading robotics company based in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK, is seeking a part-time Online Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and who possess key personality traits such as being hardworking and reliable, along with soft skills like creativity and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: 1. Managing and organizing online calendars for team members 2. Responding to emails and inquiries in a timely manner 3. Conducting online research on various topics 4. Creating and editing online content 5. Assisting with online marketing campaigns 6. Providing online customer support 7. Collaborating with team members on various online projects 8. Maintaining confidentiality and data security at all times

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Knowledge of online marketing strategies is a plus 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
