Operations Associate

Job Description:

Widex, a leading company in the healthcare industry, is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. We are looking for an adaptable and confident individual with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to support our operations team.

Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination - Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency - Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to optimize operations - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service at all times

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1+ years of experience in operations or a related field - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
