Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing schedules, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining inventory levels - Support the operations team in analyzing data and preparing reports to optimize processes and improve efficiency - Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products - Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to drive growth and innovation within the company - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements: - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and information to various audiences - Emotional intelligence to navigate challenging situations and build positive relationships with colleagues and clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to adjust based on business needs
