Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Operations Associate to join our team at JYSK. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various operational functions within the company. This is an Associate Level role, so we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist with inventory management and control - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Help with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making

Requirements: - Adaptable and able to work independently - Strong planning and critical thinking skills - 3 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High attention to detail and organizational skills
