Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

SKAKO Concrete is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our remote workforce.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement remote work policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity. - Manage and coordinate remote team members to ensure timely project completion. - Monitor remote team performance and provide feedback for improvement. - Conduct regular check-ins and communication with remote team members to address any issues or concerns. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of remote and in-house operations. - Utilize technology and tools to facilitate communication and collaboration among remote team members. - Identify and address any operational inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the remote work process. - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new remote team members. - Stay current on remote work trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. - Proven track record of at least 6 years in operations management, preferably in a remote work setting. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively. - Knowledge of remote work tools and technologies. - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic. - Persuasion skills to motivate and engage remote team members. - Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
