Operations Manager

Job Description:

Biogen Idec is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As an Associate Level Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. 2. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics. 3. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency. 4. Manage and lead a team of operations staff. 5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. 6. Communicate with external vendors and partners to maintain positive relationships. 7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. 8. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in operations management. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Independent and confident personality traits. 6. Emotional intelligence and negotiation skills. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
