Operations Manager

Job Description:

Thrane & Thrane is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting our business goals. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in operations management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and optimize productivity - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Manage a team of operations staff, providing leadership and direction to achieve departmental goals - Oversee budgeting and financial management for operational activities - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations - Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
