Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Operations Manager to join our team at Joe & The Juice. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our business remotely from your home in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This part-time position requires a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior and at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Manage and mentor a team of remote employees - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure business goals are met - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve company objectives - Identify opportunities for growth and expansion - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Handle any operational issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in operations management or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of innovation and strategic planning - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
