Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

FOSS Analytical is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to work remotely from home in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in all aspects of the business - Manage and optimize resources to meet operational goals and objectives - Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making recommendations for enhancements - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of remote employees - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all operations

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in operations management or a related field - Proven track record of leadership and decision-making skills - Strong communication and presentation abilities - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Ability to work independently and remotely - Demonstrated leadership skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Experience with remote team management (preferred)
