Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Widex, a leading global company in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management and be at a mid-to-senior level in their career.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity within the organization - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across different departments - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve operational goals and targets - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and vendors - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field - Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience - Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent research skills to gather and analyze data related to operations - Hardworking and driven individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
