Job Description:
Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Secretary to join our team in København, Capital, Denmark. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are resilient, dedicated, able to work well in a team, and have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. - Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations. - Maintain files and records in an organized manner. - Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate party. - Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
