Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

ReSound is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to join our team remotely. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, dedicated, possess strong problem-solving skills, and excel in conducting research.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the account management team. 2. Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Handle inquiries from clients and provide timely resolution to any issues. 4. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis. 5. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects. 7. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to business development strategies. 8. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
