Job Description - Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


The Hilton Team is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Account Support Representative. This is a part-time remote position based in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements. - Assist in managing account transactions, including payment processing and invoicing. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and deliverables. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues. - Utilize critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for account growth and retention. - Provide detailed reports and analysis to track account performance and recommend improvements.


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or account management role. - Confident and driven individual with excellent communication skills. - Strong people management skills, able to build and maintain relationships with clients. - Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. - Ability to work independently and remotely, staying organized and focused on tasks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
