Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns - Resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collecting and updating customer information in the database - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Following company guidelines and procedures for handling customer calls

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail - Creativity in problem-solving - Leadership skills - Previous call center experience is a plus
