Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Maersk Group is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate-level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and resolve issues - Providing information about products and services to potential and existing customers - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department - Meeting and exceeding performance goals and targets

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or call center role for at least 2 years - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with confidence - Strong problem-solving abilities and a cooperative mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
