Call Center Manager - Remote Work

As a Call Center Manager at Ramboll, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote call center team located in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a customer service or call center management role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase efficiency - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure team goals are met - Provide coaching and motivation to team members to drive performance and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Maintain a positive and productive work environment for remote team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
